A personal note

From my earliest days of working around the house with my dad, I have remained intrigued by building and design. Further exposure to Computer Aided Design and the craftsmanship involved with building and remodeling continued to promote my interest in the creation of habitable spaces. I continue to appreciate homes crafted and remodeled in their original element, as well as new home ideas and design. They are each inspiring in their own distinctive ways.

I began my construction career in North Lake Tahoe in 1994 building luxury homes as an apprentice carpenter. From the foundation up, I learned to cultivate the art of fine craftsmanship. After returning to my hometown in the Bay Area, I became a licensed General Contractor and established CB Builders in 1999.
