We provide General Contractor services and Subcontractor services to Santa Cruz, Soquel, Aptos, Scotts Valley, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Woodside, San Carlos, Redwood City, Atherton, Monterey, Carmel, Half Moon Bay and many other towns between.

What types of projects do you do?

We do projects of varying size; from bathroom and kitchen remodels to, home additions, New Custom Homes. We also provide Interior and Exterior finish carpentry as a subcontractor to other General contractors.

How long have you been in business?.

CB Builders began operation in 1999 and Incorporated in 2004.

Are you licensed and insured?

We are licensed as a General Building Contractor (#763656). We carry a $12,000 bond and a $1,000,000.00 general liability insurance policy and carry Worker’s Compensation Insurance. Our subcontractors are required to carry insurance equivalent to ours.

How many projects do you do at one time?

The number of projects we handle at one time depends on the size of the projects. While many projects overlap in the beginning and end, we typically do three projects of varying size at a time.
